Inspirado na espécie de água viva T. dohrnii, o conto "Princesa de Vidro" nos conta a história de Meeka, uma híbrida de humano e água viva que luta contra sua própria maldição, presa em um ciclo de vida e morte, em quanto seu reino enfrenta uma guerra. Nesse projeto, além da capa e guarda, foram criadas 6 ilustrações inspiradas em vitrais para iniciar cada capítulo.

Inspired by the species of jellyfish T. dohrnii, the tale "Glass Princess" tells us about Meeka, a human-jellyfish hybrid that fights her onw curse which traps her in a life and death cycle, all of that while her kingdom battles a war. In this project, besides the cover art and flyleaf, were created 6 illustrations inspired by stained glass windows to iniciate all the chapters.

(pt/br) As ilustrações internas do livro não são extremamente focadas em personagens, mas mesmo assim, foram desenvolvidos alguns design de personagens principais que poderiam entrar no produto final. Dentre eles, apenas a bruxa não participou das ilustrações finais.
(eng) The intern illustrations of the book are not heavily character based, even so, there were some sketches of the main characters that could end up in the final product. Off of those, only the witch has not made it in to the final book.

(pt/br) Todas as ilustrações seguem a mesma linguagem visual de vitral, linhas sem variação de grossura, cores blocadas e diferentes texturas nos "vidros". Esse estilo foi adotado pois o vidro representa transparência, delicadeza e resistência, esses são aspectos presentes na jornada da protagonista. Além disso, ele traz a referência de vitrais católicos, que contam histórias nas paredes de templos e igrejas, assim como os vitrais do conto.
(eng) All ilustrations follow the same visual language of stained glass windows, lines with no weight variation, flat colors and different textures in the "glasses". This style was chosen because the glass represents transparency, delicacy and resistence, those are aspects in the protagonist's journey. Besides that, the glass brings reference to catholic stained glass windows, that tells tales in the walls of churches, just like the ones in Meeka's tale.
Diagramação das páginas ⋆ Page Layout
(pt/br) O texto é diagramado como um livro tradicional, focado em sua legibilidade. As páginas que contém trechos do diário de Meeka tem um fundo e fonte personalizadas para a escrita do diário. Por fim, as páginas de inicio de capítulo tem a ilustração no centro da página, juntamente com o número, título e subtítulo do capítulo.
(eng) The text is just like in a traditional book, focused in it's legibility. Meeka's diary excerpts are different, they have an old-page-like background and another font was chosen. Lastly, the pages that initiate every chapter have the illustrations centered together with the chapter number, title and subtitle.
